1. In August, we brainstormed a list of what we wanted at the January retreat. Look at what we said we would do last time to see how it guided us in what we did this time. :-) Note that we couldn't do all of it, but we did accomplish some of it.

2. Below, we will brainstorm a list of what we want for the next retreat and also list any support or activities we'd like to have in between retreats.
NOTE: University of Maine System will possibly be holding a Technology Integration Summit in March or April featuring the TPACK authors, Punya Mishra & Matthew J. Koehler. This will be an opportunity for us to feature what we are doing here at UMF in our Education Department as well as learn what our colleagues at the other U Maine campuses are doing in preparing tomorrow's education leaders to use technology in their future classrooms. We are proposing that if this summit takes place, we would attend it as a department in lieue of the May Tools Retreat.
Topics/activities for future retreats

3. Look at the three-year plan (long range planning)--it's just a draft, but it's a starting point. This list will be modified and improved at each subsequent retreat. Let's incorporate what ideas you just gave us into this plan.
